Fortnox enters into collaboration with Engström & Hellman regarding debt disputes.

Fortnox has entered into a cooperation agreement with Engström & Hellman Advokatbyrå AB, under which customers using Fortnox as their debt collection provider will have access to legal support when a claim becomes disputed, from an initial legal assessment through to potential court proceedings.

When a claim is contested, there is often a need for a prompt legal review and clear guidance on available options. Under the agreement, Fortnox customers may obtain an initial assessment free of charge, as well as an offer of continued legal assistance. In many cases, the work can be carried out at a fixed fee or otherwise within predictable cost parameters.

“Our role will be to provide a swift and clear assessment of the situation and propose the next steps, and, where necessary, to act as counsel for the customer in court.
